  • Key Account Manager-Utility

    Job Description:

    1. Responsible for the Sales of Solar Inverter and Power Station Solutions(both central and string inverter), BESS solution, Statcom, Micro-grid, SCADA and TB-eCloud services in utility scale solar projects.

    2. Develop and maintain strong relationship with the key accounts, organize and coordinate company resources to fully understand customers' requirements, help customer to optimize the design and improve LOCE.

    3. Make in-time market investigation and report to company, giving suggestions on company’s market development and approach strategy to the key accounts;

    4. Help to optimize company's sales, technical support, delivery and service procedures to improve customer satisfaction to get stable and long term customer support;

    5. Payment collection.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor in sales, electronics, electrical, engineering or renewables, minimum 3-years of sales or business development experience in utility scale solar projects, having strong relationship with the key accounts.

    2. Excellent teamwork player is a basic and must, and always target oriented.

    3. Excellent communication skills and able to listen to customer’s requests carefully with patience, and strong coordination ability to lead the team to meet customer’s requirements.

    4. Very good understanding of the local renewable policies.

    5. Strong sense of risk control in daily operations.

    6. Solar inverter, solar module sales and project development related experience is preferred.

  • Technical Solution Engineer-Utility

    Job Description:

    1. Project RFQ studies, solution optimization and technical clarification to customers.

    2. Technical support to utility sales and delivery team. 

    3. Pre-sales: provide technical proposal and professional suggestions to customers on the optimization of the plant design with good practice.

    4. Gathering competitor's solution information, and benchmark study.

    5. Communicate with HQ technical and give suggestions on the product development and optimization.

    6. Attending customer technical meetings, technical seminars, trade fairs, exhibitions, and events.

    Requirements:

    1. Engineer, physicist, or similar technical degree.

    2. Experience in photovoltaics, storage or/and power electronics.

    3. Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude.

    4. Excellent team player able to coordinate with other departments.

    5. Customer oriented.

    6. Good Knowledge and using of PV related design tools: PV-syst, PVSol, Powerfactory, PSS/E is a plus.

  • Delivery Engineer

    Job Description:

    1. Set project timeline.

    2. Monitor project deliverables and contract requirements, proposing improvements from the technical points of view.

    3. Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.

    4. Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

    5. Be responsible for the client satisfaction and support them technically during the project construction.

    6. Be part of the continuous progress plan proposing improvement in the different project phases regarding project managing.

    7. Be proactive by providing feedback to R&D team regarding product improvements.

    8. Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

    2. Medium Business acumen in project planning and management

    3. Strong knowledge in power electronics system, MV system and photovoltaic plants.

    4. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills 

    5. Mechanical skills and experience in commissioning will be assessed positively.

    6. Communication system skills will be assessed positively.

    7. Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.

    8. Minimum 3 years experience.
