TBEA Xi'an Electric Technology's new generation of 1500V outdoor  PV grid-connected  central inverter ,DC maximum input voltage of 1500V, DC input number of 21(18/24 option); The rated output voltage of TC1500KF/TC4400KF AC is 630V, suitable for Europe, Asia Pacific, South America and other regions; The rated output voltage of TC1500KF-B1/TC440KF-B1 model is AC 660V, suitable for South Asia, Middle East and other regions. The rated power of a single inverter unit is 1467kW.  TC4400KF/TC4400KF-B1  is composed of three TC1500KF/TC1500KF-B1 by parallel connection, and on this basis, the complete set of medium voltage equipment is integrated to form inverter transformer station. It is mainly used in utility-scale PV station grid-connected system.
