São Paulo, Brazil — August 26–28, 2025 — At Intersolar South America 2025, held at the Expo Center Norte in São Paulo, TBEA Xi’an Electric Technology introduced its latest PV+Storage solutions for utility-scale and commercial & industrial (C&I) applications. Designed around regional market needs, these solutions focus on safety, efficiency, and grid adaptability, enabling energy operators across Latin America to improve project performance and accelerate the clean energy transition.

For utility-scale plants, the company presented the TS330KTL-HV-C1 string inverter, which integrates DC/AC terminal temperature sensing and millisecond-level DC fault protection to enhance operational reliability. With 60 °C @ 230 kW thermal tolerance and support for 6 MW and 9 MW array layouts, the inverter minimizes power loss in high-temperature environments while optimizing investment returns. To address the region’s complex grid conditions and high logistics costs, the company introduced an 8.8 MW inverter-transformer skid that combines two 4.4 MW inverters and an 8.8 MVA split transformer in a 40-ft containerized design. The solution supports stacked sea shipment, reducing transportation costs, achieves 99.06% conversion efficiency, improves O&M efficiency by 30% via remote monitoring, and ensures stable integration with diverse grids through SCR 1.0 support, LVRT/HVRT, and harmonic suppression.

In energy storage, We introduced two solutions to improve system reliability and deployment efficiency. The grid-forming energy storage system (ESS) uses fiber-based millisecond synchronization and cluster-level battery optimization to manage ultra-large deployments while maximizing ROI. Its modular fault isolation further enhances system stability. The liquid-cooled DC/AC integrated ESS features a compact modular design that reduces installation footprint and commissioning time, eliminates arc risks with internal DC cabling, and maintains high stability under weak-grid conditions.

For C&I users, the company presented an integrated PV+Storage system that manages the entire “source-grid-load-storage” ecosystem. Powered by the TS150K-TA11 inverter, the system achieves 98.8% conversion efficiency, supports six 60 A MPPTs, and provides L4-level AFCI arc protection with <0.5 s response, offering safer and more efficient energy management.
